We run fit-out and refurbishment projects with proper commercial controls. You get a fixed quotation against a written scope, RAMS and permits before anyone starts, a named supervisor while work is under way, and a handover pack with O&M information and photographs when it is done.
Almost all of our project work happens in buildings that stay open. Phased working, out-of-hours delivery, dust and noise control and clear communication with occupants are standard practice, not extras. The job is only right if the building kept trading while we did it.
